Close-Up:
- If I had to zero in on music that I would not mind hearing over and over again, there is no doubt that I would choose Mahler’s symphonies conducted by Claudio Abbado.
- The part I like most about performing is when I am on stage, either alone or with colleagues. I love to linger on every moment, concentrating individually on all the harmonies and every color.
- It is when I am in a sensitive mood that I connect best with music and with myself.
- I think that today more people are becoming familiar with classical music and it is attracting greater audiences thanks to different initiatives and platforms. We need to continue these efforts to show the world how beautiful classical music is!
- Nostrum Mare Camerata makes classical music attractive and fun for people, be they who died in the wool music lovers or those who are discovering it for the first time. However, it always performs at the highest technical quality, without ever losing sight of the context and style in which the piece was composed.
