Close-Up:

  • If I had to choose a single food to survive on a desert island, it would be fruit. I would eat it and then plant the seeds to grow more to eat.
  • I always knew that doing something related to music would make me happy, and today I am able to live out that dream. Learning something new every day keeps me going, and I have always aspired to do what I am passionate about and get better and better at it every day.
  • My biggest source of inspiration in life are the people I love, people who fight for what they want, and people who are unassuming. I’m inspired by hugs and smiles. I’m also inspired by calm and serenity, although I am pretty stressed out. I’m inspired by the sun on my face and the sea.
  • Several years ago my favorite music was from the Romantic period, but today I find Baroque music more and more beautiful. It’s a repertoire I love to play.
  • I’ll never forget my first concert with Nostrum Mare Camerata. It was the orchestra’s debut, and that day was a real breath of fresh air for the musicians and the audience alike. Ever since the day Jacobo called me and asked me to form part of the project, I grabbed the opportunity to play great music with highly talented people and, although I was going through a difficult period at the time because of the COVID pandemic and it was hard to gather with so many people, I really enjoyed the experience and. That concert represented a new start for everyone.
